BettyHERONand family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for cards, flowers and enquiries about John, thanks also to Mhari Wallace for conducting the service, Osborne Funeral Directors for their help, Ward 12 Dumfires Infirmary and Castle Douglas Hospital for their care and attention and The Burnbank Hotel for a lovely meal. Special thanks to my family and everyone who helped in any way with transport in the last 2 months while John was in hospital and to all who attended the churchyard.
